Nirali and Amish’s wedding planning journey with us began a year and a half before their Big Day. When I first met them, they were new to Southern California, eager to explore the best the region had to offer. Together, we visited a variety of venues before they fell in love with the breathtaking Pelican Hill Resort. 

Our planning involved meticulous budget management, hand-selecting vendors, and curating a flow and design that perfectly suited their vision. To reserve the wedding day venue exclusively for the ceremony and reception, we arranged for their guests to stay at the newly renovated Newport VEA. This elegant venue also hosted their modern yet sophisticated Sangeet.
On the wedding day, we ensured seamless transportation to and from the venue, creating a hassle-free experience for their guests. The day was graced with perfect sunny weather and a stunning ocean backdrop. Balerina Films beautifully captured these moments.

The ceremony took place at the renowned Rotunda, followed by a reception on the outdoor patio—a realization of Nirali and Amish’s dreams. We collaborated with Bloombox Designs to bring their vision to life, culminating in a vibrant after-party in the ballroom with dramatic colors. The entire event was filled with unforgettable moments.
